Not Worth It
Poor response time and when shown published tariffs was told that because it was a “tourist” area the prices are higher. Never had any success the whole week and would not recommend.
Great taxi app for Playa del Carmen
App works great, especially for tourists! Just like uber, enter your pick up address and your destination. Optional to pay extra for a bilingual driver or to bring pets. Drivers are very professional. Tried to get a cab without the app and they up-charged me and didn’t tell me until the end of the ride that they only wanted pesos. Use the app!

Quoted fare not match
App Quoted 540 peso from Playa Del Carmen to Xel-Ha for 6 ppl. When the taxi driver showed up, he said price incorrect and told us 1500 peso.
We declined the service and went back to the hotel, ended up have to pay same price when they help us call a driver. It’s hard for first time visitors to pay the fair price.

Great
Been using this for a solid 6 months and have no complaints. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get a taxi on busier times like weekends but service has been good and fair prices!
