Notifications issue
All functions work well but notifications are hit and miss. Watch and app/phone are clearly talking as steps always show but notifications rarely.
Not getting GMail notifications
Gmail notifications donโt work. And the team donโt respond to my emails.

Would like it to show heart rate as it says but never has. Also I used to get phone/texts on watch but no longer ๐ง other than that itโs good series 3

I have had this watch for over a year now and it's amazing! The only couple things that I wish it did is that you can reply to texts rather than just see them, and that it could be waterproof, but other than that it really is a great watch! I just found out you can actually change the strap (which I probably need seeing as the bit that holds down one part of the strap has snapped off๐
my fault๐) but I totally recommend it๐๐ป

Itโs ok but not as good as some of the cheaper watches Iโve seen. The sleep function is rubbish. It doesnโt record a full nights sleep.

Absolutely random
I have had this watch about 2 years now, itโs really not the best especially for the price I paid. It doesnโt count steps correctly, heart rate detection is random, it doesnโt register my heart rate half the time when Iโm wearing the watch.
The watch either tells me Iโm sleeping when Iโm sat wide awake and walking about or doesnโt register the hours I have slept.
The charger broke after 6 months I now have to wiggle and stick it in a drawer with the watch sitting at random angles for it to charge.
Absolutely NO point in trying to contact them with any issues or where to buy another charger like I did because 18 months later Iโm STILL waiting on a reply.
It only holds a charge for around 13 hours.
Even though I have given it 3 stars I would say avoid getting one there are better alternatives out there and the the customer support is probably better too.
So after I wrote this review I was left a response from peers something or other. I foolishly believed that these people could help. Well that didnโt happen after responding to them I got an email back from them saying that it would have been Radley London that contacted myself and to click the link. I did and guess what! It took me to the SAME website for Radley that I have been trying to get a response from all this time. So now not only are Radley not responding this group peers whatever that answered me are just sending me back to the same folk that have IGNORED me to begin with. Seriously Iโd rather they hadnโt even bothered but maybe it makes Radley London look good that they are responding when in fact Iโm now caught in a loop. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM RADLEY LONDON, they donโt care.
