Old man stretching
I have developed an upper back problem over the years and was given a set of exercises to carry out on a daily basis. I found the accompanying videos easy to follow and the exercises straightforward. A helpful and useful resource in my quest to improve my back problem.
Timer inconsistent
Set a time per rep and both the sound of the rep start and the visual behaviour of the rep progress bar are inconsistent. Sometimes there is a delay in the sound and the bar jumps to catch up, other times the rep seems to start early
Feeling the benefit
Only on day 4 and feeling the benefit already. I will carry on to the end.
Ease of use
The app is very easy to use. I would recommend it.
