Essential app for my business
My online rehab physio business could not survive without physitrack and physiapp. The database is huge and lots of exercises to choose from. The new update in the physiapp is very user friendly. The chat feature allows me to answer any questions my clients would have, and progress/regress on the spot as needed.
That being said there’s a few hiccups I’d love them to fix:
1. The program can end abruptly for the patient for no reason at times. I have to keep telling them to log out and log back in using the program code.
2. The app itself is pretty much non functional. It takes ages to load any exercises + not as user friendly as the website version. Chats don’t sync with the website version so it gets very confusing. So I pretty much only use the website version of physitrack.
3. Pls add seated hip abduction and adduction machine!

Updates required
Phone app is in desperate need of an update. Sometimes my patients messages come through, more often they do not and I have to access the web version to view.
Functionality of the app compared to the web version is lacking

Can’t view exercise programmes
Why can’t we view the exercise programmes in the client programme?
PT Clinics STAY AWAY
This company has just cancelled our account without notice due to billing error. ON THEIR END. We made payment but for some reason their system doesn’t show it, we submitted proof. Payment due March 1 of only $14.99 and the notice was sent out on 3/8 to pay invoice. The invoice when clicked stated “paid.” And they still cancel account when I have over 297 patients that would now be affected.

Response from developer
Hello, I'm very sorry to hear about that, we'd like to get that fixed for you if we didn't already. Could you send us an email with your account details with a mention that you left a review? Thank you for your help!
Unacceptably slow 🐌🐌🐌
Tons of exercises with good descriptions and videos is what makes Physitrack as good as it is. However…
…the biggest problem with the app is the loading time or “synchronising database” that occurs EVERY TIME that you open the app. You can’t start creating an exercise program until it’s completed. I just timed how long it takes: 5 mins 50 sec. It doesn’t matter if I’m using an iPhone 14 pro or iPad mini 6, on my home 100/50 internet connection it is unacceptable (it is worse on a mobile data connection).
This has been an issue for over 18 months now. My workaround is using the website instead, which works fine on my iPad mini but isn’t compatible with my iPhone. On the iPhone I can’t edit exercises due to the resolution issues, and zooming out completely on the browser (in settings) doesn’t fix the issue. Which is why I bought the iPad. I do a lot of home visits and I can’t afford to waste time waiting almost 6 minutes each session for an app to load.
The app should be a simplified version of the website. Just do that.
