Disorganised
So much information is on the app and is so confusingly disorganised. Weighed down with too many personal chats to everyone without any opportunity to restrict to small groups or apparent way to just reply to a single person. If you try to restrict topics by selecting only a few to view, the setting is ridiculously cancelled when you quit the app and on restarting you get everything again. Took them many many times to correct an error.

The new update killed the app.
I can’t even open the app without it crashing. If I tapped fast enough on a different tab, it would stay open only to crash again when I tapped on my chats.
