Pay to play rules this game and random drops are not random
This game started out good but now it’s completely dominated by players who spend loads of money to get ahead. The random drops are not random at all. There are 32 different heroes in the game. I worked to receive rewards for their upgrades. 10 times I earned a top upgrade but it ended up in the same 3 heroes every time. Don’t waste your time or money.

Game robs you of gems
Random pop ups constantly and those popups steal your gems. I had played about two years without issue until the last update. They don’t care about the player base at all.
Glitch on Castle 18
Great little game. Like the hero and ability mechanics… BUT, STUCK ON CASTLE 18. Game locks up, can’t play, exit screen, nothing.

Was enjoying but after update it no longer loads.
I’ve only played this game a few days but I was enjoying it. However ever the update 2 days ago when I go to open the game it stays on a blue screen and eventually crashes. The only way I’ve gotten it to work is by uninstalling, however after the first time I close the app it again no longer opens. I’m using an iPhone 12 if that’s helps, I would love for this to get fixed as I want to play the game.
EDIT: Thank you for the dev response however the new update that I have just downloaded still hasn’t fixed the issue. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but still the game won’t open. Still hoping for a fix as I like this game.
