По рекомендации тех поддержки удалила игру и скачала заново, не дает авторизироваться!! Весь прогресс потерян! Плюс и в прошлой и в этой игре постоянно вылазит «ошибка сети» , не дает ничего сделать. Подклбчалась и с вайфая и с мобильной сети- бесполезно

Зайти невозможно, постоянно ошибка сети. Ответа от поддержки не дождаться, а если отвечают - отправляют чистить кэш ( реальной помощи 0)

Игра висит

Игра не открывается полностью. Невозможно зайти в свой город. Не видны городские задания. Чат не работает. Подарки не отправляются. Жаль вложенных средств

Игра висит и не обновляется на айфонах

Почти 2 недели на айфоне игра висит, обновлений нет. Разработчику сообщения не отправляются. При этом под своим аккаунтом играть с другого устройства нельзя, аккаунт привязан. Куча денег в игру вложена, а бросили игроков разработчики.
