Nerviges auto-login
Nach Abmelden startet sofort Face-ID und es die App meldet sich automatisch wieder an. Warum nicht erst mit Tap auf dem Button??
In Teilen ein Rückschritt
Ich bin nicht unzufrieden. Es fehlen Ansichten wie Vermögen, Pensionsfond, Link zu Versicherungen ecc. Das war in der alten App so schön übersichtlich. Bitte diese Sachen wieder integrieren!
I like the new app but
The only thing missing in this app is the English language. Wish all apps add English support since it’s a universal language and it would help non native speakers understand things without having to translate every page.
Needs additional language options
The app is strictly only German. Fine, they’re a German bank, but to use it you have to use the Next Pay app, which is strictly only in Italian. How is a German bank forcing users to use an Italian app. Half the paper work I got was also only in Italian. So as an English speaker I need to know three languages to use my mobile banking. It’s laughable.

recreate account on each upgrade
When it works it works well. However, each time there is an upgrade it loses all account details and you have to create your account again. This is time consuming because if the stringent security steps. The website is better.

Sehr gute App
Sehr gute App und eine deutliche Verbesserung zum Vorgänger. Schönes Design und ein verständlicher Aufbau. Wünschenswert wäre die Funktion Daueraufträge direkt am Smartphone einrichten zu können.

Die app ist viel besser als die alte. Es sollte nur wie in der alten App die funktion geben für die vorgemerkten Transaktionen, den gesamt Saldo zu verpixeln und Apple Pay für die Debit Karte ansonsten super

Die App ist einfach zu bedienen, alle wichtigsten Banking-Funktionen sind vorhanden und sie funktioniert zuverlässig.
Unzufrieden
Schlimmer denn je.....wirft ständig raus. Einsteigen nur am bankschalter möglich. Überweisung ohne speichern von kontakten unmöglich, häufig nicht möglich anmelden

Aggiornamento da fare
L’app è molto migliore rispetto alla precedente e ogni operazione risulta più facile e veloce. L’unico problema è che ad esempio chi su iPhone ha impostato le icone più grandi (“con zoom”) riscontra l’impossibilità di accettare le operazioni nell’app Raiffeisen-ID. Infatti il tasto “accetta” viene sovrapposto dal tasto per avviare la scansione a colori. Con le icone di grandezza standard nessun problema.
