So buggy and annoying app
I have never been more annoyed by using an app than when I used raiffaisen on. Missing lot of features on mobile.
Lame UX/UI, limited features, existing one are buggy, limited online transaction amount (for everything you need to ho go the branch because you don’t find a solution in the app itself). Limited ways to login, and no ways how to reset pin/password and access your account.
I wanted to get an account statement, that I could not get it from mobile for the current month (other banks have this feature for years now) and after I tried to access web banking, I couldn’t login anymore to mobile app. It required me to activate mobile and register and there is no way how I can login to account now.
Overall, I have had a very bad experience with raiffaisen on and not only. I will definitely close my account and everything.

KUIK - Feature i deshtuar
Tashme KUIK eshte bere i sikletshem ne shoqeri per te bere transferat. Cdo muaj me duhet te flas te pakten 2 here me suportin qe pagesa nuk ka arrdhur ose nuk eshte nisur.
Ndersa aplikacioni per gjerat e tjera eshte basic, si shumica e applikacioneve te bankave ne Shqiperi.
