Get platform but still flawed
The app lets you trade at your convenience it has a simple user interface that's more suitable for beginners. The other platforms complicate a bit. Full marks to the team for keeping it neat and friendly. But the main issue is the lack of transparency from their support team when you question them some intricate details to clear off your doubts before planning heavy investments. Their platform fee per trade is surprisingly higher and when you buy alt coins the decimals are not mentioned properly which raises serious doubts while trading and I have personally backed off many times before a trade after seeing shockingly higher selling rates even when the market is crashing. Hope they rectify and maintain transparency in mentioning the buying rate completely down to the last decimal.

Racism company
Rain shows discriminatory behavior.
Even if you are a legal resident of the UAE with Emirates ID and a valid bank account, they reject you only because you were born Iranian.
This is unfair and feels like pure racism — punishing ordinary people for something they cannot change. Instead of treating customers equally, they block access based on nationality, not actions.
A financial company should respect human rights and fairness, not judge people by their birthplace.

Absolutely horrible
Don't use Rain EVER! They are defrauding customers your deposits may never arrive. Stick to the likes of Binance. Trust me I've been in this space for over 10 years. This is the worst exchange I've ever seen. DONT USE IT!
Be Careful
I tried working with this company. Deposits work once every few trails. They take the money and return after few days or week. Customer support almost non existing. Be careful, if you are international or GCC resident. Waste of time for me as a user.

This app used to be a good app, we were able to buy crypto from Saudi Arabia using this app, but now we can’t.
