Vielen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback. Wir verstehen, dass die unterschiedlichen Angaben zwischen der 7-Tage-Übersicht und der stündlichen Vorhersage verwirrend und frustrierend sein können. Solche Abweichungen können unter anderem dadurch entstehen, dass unsere Radardaten Niederschlag in der Umgebung erkennen, dieser sich aber auf dem Weg verändert, abschwächt oder Ihre genaue Position am Ende gar nicht erreicht. Dadurch kann in einer Übersicht Regen angezeigt werden, während die kurzfristige stündliche Vorhersage für Ihren Standort trocken bleibt. Trotzdem sollte die Darstellung natürlich so konsistent und verständlich wie möglich sein. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback ernst und geben es an unser Team weiter, damit wir solche Unterschiede weiter prüfen und die Vorhersage verbessern können.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. It’s possible that the subscription offer appears when you try to access features that are not currently included in your active plan. In that case, the app may show an upgrade offer. If the subscription window appears even when you are simply opening the app and not accessing any paid features, please contact us at support@rainbow.ai so we can investigate the issue.

We’re sorry the rain forecast did not match the actual conditions during your walk. Hyperlocal light rain can sometimes develop quickly and may not be detected or reflected in the forecast immediately.
