Terrible system horrible support
Put everything together didn’t work. Turn out a couple of hours. I figured out that the hoses were blocked somehow. But also the system powers down for no reason and loses the Wi-Fi connection. Support is absolutely horrible.
Unable to login
I didn’t want to have any app for such simple devices, earlier versions without app simply worked. Now it logged me off the app, I enter a password and user correctly, agree with whatever they ask me to agree with but login button is not even active. Thanks for not letting me operate it, embarrassing

Terrible Software
I have tried to be patient with this company but they don’t seem to be interested in fixing their endless issues. I’ve wasted hours of my life trying to get things to work. I give up.

Disappointed
I thought this system would make things easier for me. Adjusting the watering time, frequency and length of time using an app instead of stomping through the flower bed to adjust the timer seemed to be a great feature. The problem I have is that any adjustments I make are ignored by the app including deleting schedules, stopping parts of the schedules and adjusting watering times. It allows me to switch off a specific watering times but when I get out and go back in the button is back on. When I delete a schedule. It asks me if I’m sure and when I hit delete again, a circle appears for a few seconds, goes away and nothing changes. Even if I called someone for support, I know I would never get through to a human being, but if I did I’m sure I would be told that my network is not strong enough or some other excuse. Basically the app does not respond. The only way to change things is to delete the app and start from scratch. Wish there was an update for bugs on the app.
