I’ve never seen such an unstable app. The number of times it doesn’t work (it won’t open or it would get stuck, both with Wi-Fi and data) is higher than the number of times it actually works. Whenever you contact the customer service to share feedback or report issues, they completely and consistently ignore you. It’s hopeless.

Its just an horrible app to use. Cant watch a tennis match without bugging at every single game. It just keeps freezing, loading, and then displaying an error message.
Such a shame when you are the only channel with the free broadcasting rights.

Bad streaming app
The content is excellent, but the app is frustrating to use. Playback often restarts from the beginning when pausing or skipping, and it frequently gets stuck. It is almost unusable unless you watch without touching the remote.

The app is terrible for buffering and cutting out. I like to watch Italian teams play sport but it is at time, unwatchable. U less the adverts are on and it works perfectly.

This app was clearly written with some cross-platform API, which in itself is bad practice.
But the developers didn't even make an effort in trying to make the user interface usable on an iPhone.
No standard shortcuts work.
No gestures work the way they're supposed to work on an iPhone.
external controls such as AirPods are broken.
For a broadcasting institution of the size and budget of RAI to publish an app that could have been written by a student for an undergrad software project, is an embarrassment.
And it has never improved over the years. Since RAI decided years ago to commission a cross-platform API app, it's been a disgraceful result.
