One star is genuinely too generous
I wasted hours of my life trying to buy a single Serie A ticket through this app. As a non-Italian user, the experience is absolute disaster. The form requires city of birth, but if you are born outside Italy, there is no way to enter it, the field simply doesn’t work. Then on the next step it blocks you from proceeding with Persona non valida validation error because it requires the city of birth. Did anyone actually test this with a non-Italian account?

Fraud
Bad application and doubtful. I tried to verify the account, but I could never, all because my phone number is not from Italy. I contacted someone from Ticketone and he told me to put an Italian phone number, I don't live in Italy / it's not even a number and what guarantee I have that I won't be scamed.

It’s only in Italian language. Useless for anyone else in the world outside Italy.

After 7 years you still cannot select a different language!
Falls apart at the end
I chose my tickets, I read where it said there was some other option for US but then saw no other option. Then got to the part where they verify I’m not a bot and never got the text. Tried to contact their help and while filling out the form… US not in drop down list. I can handle it not being in English
