The app is very useful that helps the citizens to take immediate action, I hope that same way the police perform their necessary actions for accomplishing the purpose of this app.
Useful yet but need improvements
1. Show the FIR details and content in app.
2. FIR download option not working & FIR details not even showing on CCTNS portal.

Don’t know where the Downloaded FIR goes
I am using iphone 13 pro max and whenever i try to download any FIR from this app , it’s say downloaded but shows nowhere not in files not i photos nowhere in my device, and when i retry to download it shows you can download one FIR within 24 hours
Easy n updated from time to time.

Helpful yet need some additions
Few things must be added-
1. A flag to raise when complaint has not been closed properly. (Grievance type)
2. A goto text for citizens for what and what not to do in some common cases and their rights (in case they are harassed by a police officer)
Then this app would be the best…may even set an example.

I thought Rajasthan police has started working unbiased. But I was wrong. I lodged a complaint 15 days ago and the police has not even started investigating. Paise de k bharti hue aur paisa khane k bharti hue hai sab.

Problem for login time not any responding otp sent but otp enter option not showing….. please fix this update
