Simply useless
The app is crashing all the time.You can’t log in with UAEPASS phone number log in and otp also don’t work. Traditional log in with password also don’t do the job as app is just bringing you back to log in screen.
The issue is that the community management also didn’t care as this issues are reported to them but nothing happens. God forbid you wish to request a service, that is mission impossible and the humans at the customer service insist that you use the app and follow the process. Speechless

Won’t login
When trying to log in with phone number, is supposed to send OTP through email but won’t. When trying to login through UAE PASS, keeps saying “already logged in”.

Almost everywhere in this app, I receive “Access Denied” so no longer much use to me. In past, working nicely.

The application is often not responding. I tried to raise a maintenance request but unfortunately I was not able no matter how many times I restarted the app.
