Glitchy

Glitchy app; not enough way for customers to follow up on tickets. Too much automated and AI communication, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not helpful . This app and system associated with it wastes TREMENDOUS amount of customers' time. No continuity of care. Every time Customer has to deal with a new representative who has No idea what happened before. Representatives' responses are not helpful. And there's no way for customers to follow up on the particular response, you actually try to make it more helpful.

Maintenance

We have a warranty and the team keeps cancelling visits or they turn up and do not solve the issue after which I have to continuously follow up which is absolutely draining
