Employees are very disrespectful.
Waste of time, very bad
You book a house cleaning two days in advance, putting off your chores. And then, when the cleaning day arrives, they text you two hours in advance that no one will show up. They'll just refund your money, with no alternatives. And so it goes on and on. If you don't want to waste your time, don't use this service. I'm extremely outraged.

Good app, it really helped me.
The app that makes life more difficult
Laundry: got delivered to the wrong building and left in the sun
Cleaner: late for every session for six weeks
Curtain hangers: don’t have curtain hanging tools
Massage: sends wrong therapist
Bad service there are better alternative out there

If there is a zero stars I would give it
I ordered a hair trim. And instead I was sexually assaulted where the female hair dresser kept putting her private area on my hand. I pulled away thinking it was a mistake, then she went on the other side and did it again. So i crossed my hand waiting for the “trim” to be over. I had long hair I was sitting in the middle of the room so I had no mirror to see what is she doing. When she was done she has gave me a full haircut that i did not ask for or chose the style for. She chopped all of my long hair off and made it short. Unforgivable, and I feel extremely violated. On every level.
