I called many times after that he responded that I left the DAMAC And other one said I am out of country - after sales unit they don’t care any more about clients- that’s called DAMAC
Damac app not in line with collections
The messages on Damac app do not go to the parties clients want to speak to directly.
I have many problems with collections, why do you send me your your customer service people who are polite but absolutely ineffective with zero ability to do anything

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. The quality of the units is extremely poor-the AC system and the water tanks require frequent replacements which clearly reflects the poor standard of maintenance. I raised a maintenance request regarding the water leaking and until now I did not receive any call, update or feedback on my request.Such delays are unacceptable especially when maintenance services are below expectations. It is disappointing that despite branding yourself as “luxury towers” the level of proper maintenance and customer support does not reflect the standards that residents expect and deserve.

Many crashes . Unable to see contractual documents and payment plans and invoices
App friendliness
This App is not intuitive and far from easy to login to. The layout on a smartphone screen puts much of the dialogue at the bottom of the screen making it difficult to complete and the App crashes too frequently. Tech Support was good.

Reported issues are completely ignored for months, maintenance is a joke, no point in downloading this app
Poor service
Damac is very poor developer. They make promises like post handover plan and then refuse them, and charge penalties. They blackmail for full payments and their agents are rude, only threatening cancelling units. Stay away from them.
Bad quality and customer service
Worst purchase and experience after years, very bad building quality with many unnecessary damages and low quality materials, and on top of that very bad customer service that mainly failed to solve any issue i raised since years. Yes considering to sell it and buy elsewhere, but my budget still tight.

I have been receiving endless calls and what’s app messages from your AI, requesting monthly payments and claiming it’s overdue, even though you have been successfully charging my credit card and getting my monthly payments on time. I tried to call your office BUT no humans answer my calls

After tried to different ways, can’t book PPM services!!!
Service charge payment buried
Used to be easy to pay my service charges, now I get lost down a rabbit hole trying to find the page to pay it, sometimes it takes two days!
