The app won’t even open
I was told I need to use this app, but it doesn’t even open, it just glitches out and crashes before it can load enough to open.
SMS Verification Not Working for USA
I’ve tried for several days to register my U.S. phone number and no activation codes are sent. I’m uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing works. Very frustrating as I prep to for my trip and want to be properly notified of my test result after arrival.
Unable to receive verification code
I entered my country code (US 1) and phone number, and never received the verification code.
Also, for selecting language, it would be handy to have the language in THAT LANGUAGE, as it wasn’t immediately obvious that Enska was English.
Want to help keep COVID cases low, but this app isn’t going to do it. Will rely on vaccines and masks.

Useless so far.
I downloaded this app because it was recommended by the Icelandic travel documents. I’m unable to enter my area code from my American cell phone number. You can scroll through many area codes but they don’t have every code that exists and don’t allow you to enter yours. Now I can’t get the code that they are supposed to text to me.

Almost works
The app has some excellent graphics and explainers, but breaks as soon as I:
• Try to set it up without an internet connection
• Try to set it up outside of Iceland
• Try to set it up without a phone number
It also breaks on older iPhones (I have a 6S) although this has been now fixed. Once broken, it will never work again, even in Iceland. The fix is simple, delete and reinstall.
