Trash

This app continues to be trash. If I wasn’t forced to use it, I would never have downloaded it. Constantly crashing and or bugs. Hire a QA team. Text message code doesn’t work. Have the PM contact me

Horrible

I have not received my gift card for preventive health that I had back in the beginning of July and when I try to use the help center it keeps saying under construction. No way to get ahold of anyone either

Feedback broken

Feedback is broken in the app, so here is mine: All weekly activities should start on the same day. There is no reason why “be grateful“ and “stand up every hour“ should start on different days of the week. Additionally my “walk 5000 steps a day” challenge starts on a Saturday instead of Monday. As a user, I should be able to select a particular day of the week that counts as my “first day of the week.“ This allows for maximum flexibility and personalization for each user.

Good app. Kind of glitchy and the survey is broken.

I generally like the app and appreciate all you can do with it. The app seems very glitchy. The survey has some problems, especially with the one about smoking. I don’t smoke. I’ve never smoked, but even if I put that in it wants me to tell it how many years I’ve smoked. Also, I completed the focus area twice and often I go back in and it asked me to fill out the focus area again. Just sort of glitchy.

App keeps freezing

Love this app and the support but the app keeps freezing. I have to delete and reinstall at least twice a week. And I wish it would allow syncing with Apple Watch.
