App won’t open
The app will let you log in but then won’t load, it’s stuck on ‘refreshing led walks’ and has been like this for days

After downloading the App and signing in, the app was stuck ‘Refreshing led walks’.

Trying to upload/Save a route (menu bar at bottom) but the pop up message is asking if I want to delete it.

The app has never worked for me. It’s stuck refreshing. I restarted many times but it only shows the refresh loading screen- nothing else

Every time I click on the app it crashes, also there are no led walks in my area when I do a search so disappointing

Never opened
I downloaded and the app never loaded. Kept stalling. App support says a fix was due two months ago
So so so slow
This is the worse app I’ve ever seen been trying to use , why o why so so slow …..
Rubbish
Just downloaded the app for walking which for some reason makes you put in all your personal details and make an account just to be sat here waiting over 20 minutes for the app to even load up.
Doesn’t work
It jut stays on “Refreshing led walks” and does nothing else.
Memory of user’s preferences could be better
It’s annoying having to log in to the app every time. Most apps don’t require this. Even high security apps like banking are easier as they allow biometric logon. When searching an area for led walks or routes, it would be good if the app remembered the last setting you used. For example, every time I search for led walks, I have to untick routes.

No longer works at all
This app used to be good, but now it just spins at the startup screen “Refreshing led walks”. Tried reinstalling but same result. I don’t know what else to try except to delete my account and recreate it.
