FAQ
What is Ramp Training?
Ramp Training is a self-paced strength and conditioning app that adapts workouts to your movement patterns and available time. It offers premade routines, custom workout building, and animated form guides.
How does Ramp Training adapt workouts?
Difficulty adjusts per movement pattern (legs, push, pull, etc.), not as a generic level. If one area is ahead and another behind, the next session reflects this. Consistency helps it climb, while missed weeks ease the ramp.
What types of workouts are available?
Ramp Training offers premade routines from 3 to 30 minutes, including Strength Builder, Morning Wake-Up, Neck & Posture, Mobility, Core & Conditioning, Baduanjin, face yoga, and face/jaw massage.
Can I create my own workouts?
Yes, you can build your own custom workouts. You can also share them as a picture with a QR code, text, or file.
Does Ramp Training have ads?
No, Ramp Training is ad-free. It is designed with privacy in mind, with no ads, tracking, or account required for basic use.
What are the subscription options for Ramp Plus?
Ramp Plus offers optional monthly ($9.99/P1M) and annual ($59.99/P1Y) subscriptions. This premium tier provides features like optional reminders, streaks, weekly session targets, and an eight-week activity view.
Does Ramp Training integrate with Apple Health?
Yes, you can optionally connect Apple Health. This allows workouts done elsewhere to count towards your stats and informs bodyweight and sleep data, including a sleep report. Ramp reads from Health and only writes workout data to fill Activity rings.
What devices is Ramp Training available on?
Ramp Training is available on iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. Workouts can also be displayed on a TV via AirPlay or a cabled connection.
