Never received the money 20 days now

I need a refund for the transfer today marks 20 days, I sent the money on 4 September 2023. Wait 4 days before reaching them several promises were made, they always Promese money will be deposit, but it never happens as promised. Very frustrating, I've always sent it to them for a few years now, I haven't had this problem. I'm losing credibility. They will see the message no returns. Now not answering the phone. No support costumer service. Be aware this company. I do not recommend to a friend.
