Decent App
One issue only: I log onto the app in the store, and it is NEVER up to date with the current deals. I’m usually at checkout by the time it’s finally up to date. 😨

I can do a recon for my shopping trip with Randall's app showing me the great deals, helping me plan with lists, and shortening my trip time.
Absolutely Not User Friendly
I stopped using the app because every time that I tried to use it I would have to get a store checker to help me to use it!
And every time that there is an update, it gets worse!
The IT group are out of touch with the customers!

Slog
Using the app is a serious slog. Endless pop-ups one after the other when I just want to clip a coupon. It’s also too easy to accidentally open an item description when you’re just trying to scroll or find a coupon

Service Problem Try it back later for 2 months
It suddenly stopped to retrieve the weekly sales. It said try it back later since April. Sign out or delete app doesn’t work. I have reported to their customer service and I was told tech support will contact me within 48 hours but it didn’t happen. As of 6/12, it still not working. So I’m shopping at Kroger.

Awesome store
I love Randalls. The store has great products, the vegetables and fruit always look very fresh. Great deals , they keep prices reasonable and I make an effort to thank a manager for their consideration on pricing. The store always looks clean and organized. Love the online shopping and the pharmacy, very professional.

Why would my points expire
I was out of town for almost a month and I just logged into the app only for it to tell me my points are about to expire. I shopped at Safeway in Colorado and earned the points but they didn’t have a gas station, so how was I supposed to use them? This is totally the opposite of rewarding loyalty

Good grocery but phenomenal pharmacy
Always liked Randalls for groceries, but did not have a clue that their Pharmacy was one of the best Pharmacy options out there. Definitely I slept on gem.
It’s good buts
The app is good but it has its flaws. I placed a pick up order and the store wasn’t able to gone it when I got here. I was told to just go in the app and cancel the order. There’s no cancellation button after a ton of calls the had to refund the order instead of cancelling and I lost out on a ton of offers. Any who. They should add a cancellation option because for any reason if we haven’t or can’t pick it up it should be canceled

Excellent SERVICE
This app is excellent, only very infrequently hiccuping up on my iPad M4. But it’s extremely helpful and MOST IMPORTANTLY connects with tremendous people.
The shoppers communicate possible substitutes real time/real person via messages. Super friendly. The order is monitored and communicated minute-by-minute to your device. Texts are available from drivers. THE FEE IS MINIMAL and is never more than the club discounts you receive.

The App Barely Works
Every time I see a “deal” (it’s a “discount” to pay regular price) the requires the app, I die on the inside. The app does not respond 90% of the time. I go from a quick trio to the store to desperately spamming the app on my phone for 5-10 minutes so that I have the privilege of not being price gouged. Today I literally left the store after 10 minutes of failed attempts to get the app to return the search result for the $3 off. I went to the store, got stonewalled by an app for 10 minutes and left with nothing. This is NOT the future Randalls.
