2 days an I’m absolutely loving it!
2 days in and I am loving the app. It’s not like those normal “bot” apps that make you feel super obligated. You set how many times a day you want your personally created sparks of grounding and affirmation to come in. Thank you so much for this amazing “real life” app.

It really works!
I’ve been using Random Habit for a month and a half now and am loving it! Getting random reminders throughout the day to correct my posture has been so helpful that I’m even catching myself remembering even in between the spark notifications. I can see how this can be used for so much more than just correcting posture and drinking more water. I’m looking forward to see the impact this can make for my mental health too, I’ve heard great things from other people 💛
