Great app idea.
Only If i have 4 servers on a shift and 12 numbered items for side work. It doesn’t combine multiple side work under one name it says their name multiple times taking up space. Some restaurants have their side work numbered. For example Staff know number 6 is fill sugar packets, number 7 is stock mini fridge. So basically, caity has numbers 1,7,10,14 and jim has numbers 2,4,12,8.
If someone has multiple things to do, try listing that persons name once with all their side work. Instead of listing their name five times for each item they have an item. Just put all side work under one person.
In other words if the side work is greater than the amount of staff on, have it shuffle it and divided the amount of side work equally between the amount of servers inputed into the system. Only using their name once to do it
