I rated a 4 because I inquired about a job that came up available through the app, but prior to submitting my application I couldn’t connect with a recruiter because all the interview times were full.

I literally just got this app and it’s already blowing me away! In my opinion this app, no doubt tops indeed!!! It shows me all accurate information for the jobs I’m seeking. Applying on this app is extremely easy! The brief questionnaires that they present after applying, makes my experience very easy for me to answer their questions and apply to more than four jobs within the minute. This app is extremely helpful!!! I am so grateful for the designers and creators of this app. Thank you so much for making the process of looking for work, not seem as if it is the work itself👏🏼👏🏼

Easy to navigate
The Ronstadt app, is easy to navigate. I’m looking for a job. I’m hoping that with the information I gave I will be starting a new position soon.

I get so tired of all the bull#%?! In these job hunter sites. Take the darn job down if they are no longer looking or all JOB interview times have been filled. Don’t try and make me answer other questions to see what job fits my resume!!! I think it’s time we have a government oversight committee to check into the false claims. Fraud. Lame jobs on these sites like yours, that never produces. So disappointing. I even went to your local branch 3 times, and still nothing positive came out of visits.

It barely works
The app is useless, the search bar for jobs just shows a blank. If you want to verify your email it won’t send anything. When you try to search for positions in your city or zipcode the buttons won’t work. I just bet the “good” reviews are fake tbh. I don’t see anything good about this company anywhere else.

Way better than other job search apps I have, and I have all the main ones, for direct hire and temp agencies. Impressive bot chat as well!!!

I had a position with y’all at LG Electric for a short time and truly enjoyed working with and for y’all. I had to leave there for medical reasons. But am ready to return to work now. You guys are great.
Never amounts to anything
I never get further than setting up an interview and having the interviewer ghost me or I’m applying for jobs that have been filled. I’ve been hopelessly using this company for three years. And the jobs that are sent to me by recruiters are horribly inaccurate, too far from me and extremely low paying

The entire process from signing up to chatting with a support specialist was painless and efficient. I feel like I was heard when asked about my preferences and am excited to see what comes my way!
Waste of Time
The app itself is very user friendly. It’s not overloaded with unnecessary features. The app layout gets a 5 out of 5. HOWEVER, the actual recruiters are extremely unorganized and sometimes flat out rude. They’re always late to scheduled calls or video chats. For example, I had a scheduled screening with a recruiter named Jamila Begum. She was almost 15 mins late so I sent an email asking her if she needed to reschedule or something. She then sent an automated generic message from a noreply email saying that the listing was canceled or something along those lines. She canceled almost 15 mins late and couldn’t even talk to me like normal person. That is just one example of the unprofessional behavior I’ve had to deal with.

What consists of professionalism is in the hands of an elect few who rest in the idea of complacency. I’ve experienced a few who could conceivably be considered worth their range of stay. I’ve also seen others, a very broad range, who are counted like cattle and couldn’t advance as a species if they were given the operational manual. That said, automated placement is another failure. The election of good candidate is a one to one experience that requires elemental understandings that are honest and forthright. Thus far, on a graded scale I’d say the Eval would be much like mine. Eighty-eight percent on a Friday with an ended assignment on the following Monday. You’ve no more lined me up with a fair chance than the educational system corrupts weak minds.
