Randtronics DPM easy2Go

DPM easy2Go is a file-encryption and identity-management app for individuals and organizations that need to protect sensitive documents in transit and at rest — without sending anything to the cloud. Every cryptographic operation runs locally on the user's device. Files, master passwords, private keys, and vault contents never leave the device and are never accessible to Randtronics or any third party. FREE READER, LICENSED ENCRYPTION DPM easy2Go is free to download. Decryption of .e2go files is always free — anyone can install the app and open files sent to them. Encryption features (passwords, certificates, identity vault) require a Randtronics license, activated by signing into the License tab inside the app or via Apple Managed App Configuration on managed devices. DEPLOYMENT - Individuals and direct customers: If using only for decryption then just start using - no special configuration is needed. If using for encryption then sign in with your Randtronics account on the License tab. The app contacts the Randtronics license portal to validate and bind the seat to the device. - Enterprise: push the app to managed devices via Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or any standard MDM. License activation is fully automated through Apple Managed App Configuration; no user sign-in required. - License validation runs every four hours while online; up to 30 days offline operation with cached license. ENCRYPTION - AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption for vault, backup, and on-device storage. - AES-256 file content encryption with RSA-2048 / RSA-3072 / RSA-4096 certificate-based key wrapping. - Optional post-quantum hybrid encryption using ML-KEM (NIST FIPS 203) for forward secrecy against future quantum attacks. - PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 600,000 iterations for password-derived keys (OWASP 2023 guidance). FEATURES - Identity Vault: securely store recipient certificates, RSA private keys, and group membership for routine encryption to known counterparties. - Personal Password Vault: per-user storage for application logins, secure notes, and PINs, locked behind the same master password. - Bulk identity import from CSV for Enterprise-licensed customers, for onboarding existing PKI environments. - Time-based decryption: encrypt files that can only be decrypted between specified start and end dates — useful for embargoed releases, time-limited disclosure, and compliance scenarios. - Biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID) for the vault, with the master password protected by an OS-enforced biometric access control. - Backup and restore of the vault under a separate backup password, exportable as a single encrypted .e2gvault file. PRIVACY AND SECURITY - No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no third-party tracking. - Only license-management metadata (device identifier, hostname, platform, app version, and — if you sign in — your account email) is transmitted to the Randtronics license portal. Never file contents, vault data, or passwords. - Encryption claims are self-classified under EAR 5D002 as mass-market cryptography. Full export-compliance documentation available on request.
