Solid ranking app (close to great)
A simple app that does what it’s supposed to do—and does it well. I really like the clean, minimal design. A few suggestions:
• I’d love to see the ability to create categories on the main page. For example, I’d like to add custom sections like Films, Music, and so on, and then nest individual lists under each.
• Add an edit button (in addition to the current swipe-to-edit behavior).
• Support for sections within a list. For instance, I have a Pixar ranking list, but I haven’t seen every film. I’d like to add custom headers like Watched and Unwatched, with each section using the existing options (numbered list, checkmarks, or plain).
• Stronger visual styling for numbered lists. Currently, the numbers feel a bit too minimal—maybe the top 5 or 10 could have more emphasis.
• The ability to share a list (formatted as text) via Messages, Mail, Notes, etc., would be great.
• I’m not quite sure why “Favorites” exists within individual lists—if the app is designed to rank items in order, that feature seems redundant.
Otherwise, a solid app that does its job well. With a few thoughtful tweaks, it could be nearly perfect.
