The tracking is broken driver is on some street in real time but app shows somewhere and can’t call can’t add stop cant do anything never use this app
Disappointing
Charging me for canceled rides. No way to contact support. The app is always crashing and doesn’t show the drivers location. Your drivers put that they few minutes before they actually arrive and i get charged extra for that with no way to report them. I was the biggest supporter but will never use again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have been using this app for a while now, and the drivers in this app is very inconsistent. Highly suggest you never use this app when in a rush. It’s been a couple of times I have used app to go to work I don’t have to call a ride 30mins prior my work but every time this app shows 6mins waiting period the ride shows up 15mins later. I have been late to work consistently due to this, and they wouldn’t even refund me. So I lose money, don’t get good service and lose my dignity at my workplace. Highly Do Not Recommend.
