Cannot sign in
I changed my phone number and for some reason I only get a profile set up page, in which it tells me my profile is already set up, and no option to sign in with it.
Error adding a credit card
I haven’t been able to use the app as it forces me to add a credit card first, but when I try to add a valid card, I get an error message. Tried two different cards, same error. Useless app. Guess I need to use Uber instead.
Careless
They don’t care if it’s the right person, they’ll let anyone in. We were desperate for a cab after a concert as my father in law has cancer, we waited for almost half hour only to b told someone else got our taxi we got an uber

Usually try to find the fastest route , and are helpful if I need a hand with some bags!
