Plenty of drivers across the city, but no one wants to accept the order.
Terrible service with absolutely awful customer care!! These guys (drivers) also work for Uber on the side and artificially inflate prices. I’ve already taken a ride from Avalon Mall to the airport for $26; now the price shows $28, but as soon as I place the order, I get a response: “Sorry, we can’t find a driver for you.” Meanwhile, the price on Uber with these same drivers is $60.

Great way to beat uber surcharge
As the local cab company they have a fixed rate so a much better choice during congested times compared to ride share services which do a surcharge

I love this app it is honestly fantastic and so good. Sadly I believe there are still kinks to be worked out! I have been kicked from the app and cannot log back in my only option is to sign up again sadly I can’t because of my email! The only other issue I’ve ever had is the almost constant asking for phone number confirmation in my mind it is completely unnecessary.
