Can’t deactivate my account

Nothing is working right in this app, I can’t deactivate my account, customer service live chat not working! No customer service email! This is 2023 not 1960, please do better

Complain about RapidTransfer

Why can’t I send money from Nigeria to Ivory Coast, it only gave 4 option(country) to send from, which is, USA, Canadian, Europe and Uk. What happen to so call African to African transfer pls kindly look into this and get back to me

Updating ID

Useless bank, useless app!

This has got to be the most useless bank app on the App Store no surprise because it’s coming from the useless Ecobank itself. You can’t even register successfully. What kind of morons did this nonsense here?! @apple please make them take this nonsense down from the App Store! I’ll give it one star in the absence of negative stars!

Poor app

App loads non stop. It does not stop loading to allow me perform a transaction . Signing up is easy but when it arrives the home page it loads forever.

Refuse to completely load

Could you try and update you app, it has refused to completely load so that I could perform a transaction

Trash

It seems RapidTransfer has now become 2 day transfer so they should remove the rapid altogether. Also limited to $100 transactions. Needs a very high internet connection other it will fail up to 10 or 15 times. They’ll blame it on new regulations however it won’t change the fact that this app is truly terrible compared to the easier one before.

Scam

This is the worst of all financial apps. Got registered for the app with my US phone number. Worked well for a couple of months. Sent money thereafter a few times and Ecobank couldn’t verify where the money was coming from even after I had been debited and provided with a Reference number like usual. Receiver couldn’t get the money. I called several times to cancel and revert back my money, they couldn’t do that until I called my bank and that took Ecobank 3 months to return my money.

Fast forward to last week, checked to see if whatever bug they had had been fixed and got an error message that my number is not registered with Ecobank Rapidtransfer.

Do not use or even attempt to. They are a scam. Hisses
