Horrible
This new app does not transfer all my devices from old system and much of functionality does not work
Can't get in
Hard to use the app when you can't reset your password!
What a buggy mess
How in the age of AI can you release something so riddled with bugs. This thing asks me to log in every time I open it. And then keeps hinting in an endless loop that I try and discover a swipe from right gesture that does not work.
It’s not ripe yet
Much nicer UI than the old app, and it looks really promising…but this thing was not ready for prime time when KegLand released it. If you’re using the old app, I’d stay there until the new app is reliably capable of at least core functionality.
Way too much focus on the UI changes with poor testing of actual functionality
This app went through beta already, but because it’s so bad at release, they are still calling it a beta (don’t lie to yourselves - you went live with a poorly tested product after plenty of beta testing already happened)
This new RAPT app made awesome improvements to the UI, but it’s obvious that there was an extremely poor testing effort done regarding actual functionality. Changing the UI for the better, but regressing in terms of the functionality of the app is completely counter intuitive. I would rather use a bad UI with functionality that works than use a pretty UI riddled with errors.
If you are making a new app to replace your existing app, and you have to tell your user to leave the new app and use the old app, you are doing something wrong.

A lot of work needed
The look and feel is really good. Bringing over all equipment from previous system was quick and flawless. Thats where the good stops. Nothing works. Automations are a nightmare so much so that its unusable. Creating profiles wont save and or gives random errors that are impossible to track down, or you’d save a step only to see it wasnt saved at all… or an entire profile you created just vanishes. Brewing was probably the worst brewing session I have ever had… basically resorted to manually doing everything with my phone as a timer. If all that is fixed it will be a super app… currently though effectively unusable.

Great design, automations need work
The new look app is certainly very professional and from what I've seen so far everything is well organized and where you expect to find it, although I've yet to use it for an actual brew or fermentation, but I doubt I'll have any issues.
The only thing that I see that needs work right now are the kegland provided automations. The ones I've looked at seem to have issues with target values and times. For example, the gravity velocity ones for fermentation don't have any GV entries and are all temperature based, and the single decoction mash profile has a total time of 90 hours! Obviously just a few teething issues that need to be sorted out and nothing fundamentally wrong.
A great start and a welcome change from the old app.
