Terrible. Never received order
I ordered $70 worth of what seemed to be interesting snacks. It has been over 2 months now and still no update on my order. I have sent multiple emails and requests to even get an update and have received no reply. Terrible experience through and through

App is a scam order 100 dollars worth of snacks on here and never got it. do not recommend using this app tried to contact the company multiple times and have yet to hear anything back at all.

I ordered on June 15 and it is now the 25th they scam I Gmail them and everything no response don’t order
Disappoint so far
I ordered my box weeks ago and have not received anything. I have reached out to the customer service team (orders@…) three times and have not received a single response either. My package has been in the status of “ready to ship” for over a week now. I’m very disappointed and am beginning to believe this a scam. I’ll revise my review when/if I receive my order, but I’ll still stand by the fact of them having extremely slow processing and a complete lack of communication or customer service skills. Other exotic food companies have been better. I’m testing several to choose from but RareMunchiez is currently at the bottom. If they would like future business, they need to do much better!

This website is a scam. They take your money and that’s as far as it goes. I have been trying to reach them for months. If anyone wants to get a class action lawsuit against this company reach out to me.

Never received my order. They would email me apologies and say they were shipping it. Nothing ever came. Needs to be shutdown.

Writing this Review here since the company blocks reviews on their website. The owner of this company will also delete all messages on TikTok under their videos of people complaining about not receiving their items. Rare Munchiez will take your money and take forever to send you your product (If you are lucky to receive it). I ordered the 40 for 40 mystery box which took a little over 2 weeks to get to me only after having to @ them on TikTok. When I did finally get my box, there wasn’t even 40 snacks in the box!! Not to mention, majority of the items being super small items, and not full sized as advertised in any of their videos. Don’t bother reaching out to them, you will be ignored as there is no customer service line and again any form of communication whether it’s Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook will be deleted by this company. I have watched them delete at least 30 comments from upset customers about orders that were never sent out. Do yourself a favor and avoid downloading this app or buying from this company. I don’t understand how they have 1 Million followers with such scammy services. One word-RUN.

it's been months since my order. Have tried tons of ways to contact them. They delete people's comments on Instagram and refuse to send tracking info or refund. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I order my Christmas boxes 2 of them for 300$ and I got them shipped after 2 months then it’s almost 5 months no updates and no one will respond about it and shipped my package with no tracking number or anything
