Great App

Great app, but just a couple of suggestions:
1. Be able to order on phone at table when eating in.
2. Be able to use free coffee voucher when checking out online for pick-up orders.

Membership Discount? Only If You Catch Their Mistakes!

Disappointed with customer service. The cashier confirmed my membership was scanned, but it didn’t reflect on the receipt. Support refused to help, citing policy, even though it was their mistake. Followed up multiple times with no response.

Make sure to check the cashier’s screen before paying—if your membership isn’t properly scanned, the app is useless since support won’t fix it.
