Amazing Driving Instructor!

A friend recommended Rated Driving to find a driving instructor as I have been looking for a while and they are all booked up.

I came on the app and got connected with an amazing instructor within 5 minutes!

The app has been easy to use so far and managed to pay and take 2 lessons so far.

Unprofessional

Very poor service from the driving instructor. Cancelled/rescheduled every-time we had lesson. Cancelled the lesson the day before my exam. Therefore, I had to cancel my driving test and didn’t get my full refund of the lessons. Ends the lesson 30mins of 1hour earlier than expected. What a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience

Driving instructor was very unprofessional and rude, cancelled remaining lessons 3 weeks to my test and company refused to provide full refund, instead asked me to contact instructor to refund balance.
Not accountable or responsible. Will not recommend at all.
