A friend recommended Rated Driving to find a driving instructor as I have been looking for a while and they are all booked up.
I came on the app and got connected with an amazing instructor within 5 minutes!
The app has been easy to use so far and managed to pay and take 2 lessons so far.

Unprofessional
Very poor service from the driving instructor. Cancelled/rescheduled every-time we had lesson. Cancelled the lesson the day before my exam. Therefore, I had to cancel my driving test and didn’t get my full refund of the lessons. Ends the lesson 30mins of 1hour earlier than expected. What a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience
Driving instructor was very unprofessional and rude, cancelled remaining lessons 3 weeks to my test and company refused to provide full refund, instead asked me to contact instructor to refund balance.

I’ve tried a few instructors/driving schools. This app makes it so simple and matches you with experienced instructors. It’s easy to pay, you can get picked up from your home and start lessons next day. Highly recommend

An exceptional experience so far!
I was recommended this app by my sister and I am so happy I have started my lessons again here after negative experiences before. My instructor, Lolly, is 10/10 and great at instilling confidence in your abilities as a driver just by the way he explains things. When I browsing around the options for practical test lessons, I was struggling to find a instructor in my area until I came across Rated Driving which provides great security of money paid and very quick match for instructors. My instructor NJ is a very patient and experienced lady and I am confident that I will pass my test with one go:)

Disappointing,
Don’t believe the hype, advertising 24-48 hours to get a driver assigned, I’ve now been waiting for weeks now to be assigned a driver instructor and still zero update having chased multiple times.

After I pass my theory test and I want to do my practical, I started looking for driving instructor along the line I was fed up until a friend referred me to Rated driving. I downloaded the app and do all necessary within 1min I was giving instructor and I must confess am enjoying their service.
No Refund After 30 Days
Will not refund money you paid for lesson credits if it’s been longer than 30 days since you paid. After 60 days will also not let you use the money you paid for lessons. So basically, it has a nifty loophole that allows it to take your money without providing any services in return :)
