An amazing app that totally upgraded the learning to drive experience. Easy to use, trusting and delivers on point.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP - THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
Initially everything looked perfect, matched with a great instructor within a couple of days.
HOWEVER, the issue came when I had to pause my lessons due to not being able to find a test date (which happens to most of us). In the T&C it apparently says that if you are inactive for more than 15 days, then they will contact you to extend the period of the credits. No contact made AT ALL. Due to this I was completely unaware that the credits would expire as, even though this should be shown and made clear when you pay for the lessons, it’s only on their T&C (which they perfectly know NO ONE reads).
After a few months of inactivity I decided to retake lessons as I was able to find a test date. I contacted them to move the credits I had to a different instructor as I decided I would do automatic instead of manual lessons. They kept me waiting for a refund for 2 weeks (as they said they’d have to refund and I’d have to pay for the credits again) and after chasing them, they “noticed” that the T&C say the credits expire after 6 months.
Just to make you aware, this money was never paid to my instructor so they are keeping the whole of it for themselves. Stealing money from people in their 20s who’re just peacefully trying to get their driving license sorted. They should be ashamed.
Don’t use this app, getting a private instructor will be cheaper and safer for you. This app is completely useless and a whole SCAM.

Terry ADI
I have been a driving instructor with Rated driving for over 4 years now and can honestly say they are a very good company to work with and they truly look after pupils and driving instructor’s exceptionally well can’t recommend them enough Terry
Fantastic App
Easy to navigate. Very helpful
Save yourself time and stress
The app is glitchy and the company's practices are unacceptable. The app deletes data, support releases money before lessons, and instructors try to bypass the system. Save yourself stress and book with a reliable local school instead.
Amazing Driving Instructor!
A friend recommended Rated Driving to find a driving instructor as I have been looking for a while and they are all booked up.
I came on the app and got connected with an amazing instructor within 5 minutes!
The app has been easy to use so far and managed to pay and take 2 lessons so far.
Highly recommend!

Unprofessional
Very poor service from the driving instructor. Cancelled/rescheduled every-time we had lesson. Cancelled the lesson the day before my exam. Therefore, I had to cancel my driving test and didn’t get my full refund of the lessons. Ends the lesson 30mins of 1hour earlier than expected. What a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience
Driving instructor was very unprofessional and rude, cancelled remaining lessons 3 weeks to my test and company refused to provide full refund, instead asked me to contact instructor to refund balance.
Not accountable or responsible. Will not recommend at all.

Brilliant app
Very easy to use.Found the instructor in a few hours, and really good customer service too
Only way to learn in London
I’ve tried a few instructors/driving schools. This app makes it so simple and matches you with experienced instructors. It’s easy to pay, you can get picked up from your home and start lessons next day. Highly recommend
Good to use
Rated driving finds me an available instructor super fast, as nowadays it’s hard to find a instructor can start immediately. And the app is easy and clean to use. Love it. So far so good.

An exceptional experience so far!
I was recommended this app by my sister and I am so happy I have started my lessons again here after negative experiences before. My instructor, Lolly, is 10/10 and great at instilling confidence in your abilities as a driver just by the way he explains things. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that is looking to see fast improvements! I passed my theory quickly after gaining a deeper understanding just through a few lessons with him. Thank you!
