Search your whole exercise list from inside a workout Tap the search icon, type a few letters, and start logging. Gym shorthand works, so "bb" finds barbell and "rdl" finds Romanian deadlift. Typos still land. If the exercise belongs to a muscle group you have not added yet, Ratz adds it for you and takes you straight to the set form. A stopwatch for the exercises measured by the clock Planks, side planks, farmer's carries, battle ropes, jump rope, treadmill runs, cycling, rowing, the elliptical, the stair climber, sprints, yoga and stretching are now logged as time instead of reps. Start the stopwatch, or type the minutes yourself. Leave the app mid-set and the clock keeps proper time. Cardio machines can also record distance and climb. Both follow your weight unit, so you get kilometres and metres, or miles and feet. Tap a workout in your history to edit it Editing used to need a swipe, which was easy to miss. Now a tap on any workout in the calendar or the list opens it. A smarter strength score Hack squats, belt squats, Smith machine squats and box squats now count towards your score, each scaled against a barbell squat. Training a muscle group hard on machines no longer leaves it reading zero. Hanging leg raises were rated far too generously, on the same scale as chin-ups. They now use a scale of their own, so some Core scores will drop. The new number is the honest one. Also new Box squat added to the exercise list. Your workout notes and intensity now save reliably on a slow connection. Distance, climb and duration are included when you export your workouts.
