Raviv School Operations

Raviv is the day-to-day operations app for school staff. It replaces the paper forms, group chats and spreadsheets that most schools run on, and puts the everyday work of a school in one place that works on a phone. WHAT STAFF DO IN RAVIV Check in and out Tap the tag at the door to record your arrival, or check in from the app. Multiple in-and-out trips a day are normal and handled - leaving the grounds and coming back is not an exception. Running late? One tap tells the school, with an arrival time worked out from where you are. Take attendance Mark a class present or absent in seconds. Families are notified about unexplained absences, and the office sees who is still unaccounted for. Report and fix things Report a broken light, a spill or a supply that has run out, and it reaches the right person with the right urgency instead of being mentioned in a hallway and forgotten. Request what you need Printing, copying, a vehicle for a trip, a room, a substitute. Every request has a status, so nobody has to ask whether it was received. Front office work Log visitors and deliveries, run the print queue, track supplies, and record the notes that would otherwise live on sticky notes. Trips and transport Book a vehicle, plan a trip, confirm who is going, and check the vehicle back in when it returns. Library Catalogue, checkouts, returns and overdue items. BUILT FOR A WHOLE SCHOOL, NOT ONE DEPARTMENT Schools are not one job. A teacher and a custodian each open Raviv and see the work that is theirs - not a single crowded screen everyone has to learn to ignore. Divisions, classes and roles are set up by the school, and what each person can do follows from that. This app is for the staff who spend the day walking the building. Setting up the school, staffing, timesheets and reporting are done by administrators and principals at raviv.app in a browser, where there is room for them. HOW ACCOUNTS WORK Raviv accounts are created by your school, not by signing up here. If your school uses Raviv, your administrator sets up your account and you sign in with your work email. There is nothing to purchase in the app. PRIVACY Raviv holds school records on the school's behalf and never sells data or uses it for advertising. There is no advertising or analytics tracking in the app. Location is read only at the moment you tap Check in, to confirm you are on school grounds, or tap Running late, to suggest an arrival time - never in the background, and no location history is kept.
