Tuner on the run
Using the iphone tuner has been a joy of freedom where this iphone app has lessen my carry woes. The app is accurate for tuning violin.
Works well through built-in mic
Straightforward and simple, the app works very well. Would be a great addition if it was updated to also use other input devices (eg. USB audio device with the guitar/bass plugged directly into the line-in), interestingly the web version lets you select a “microphone” input but the app only uses the MacBook’s built-in mic.

Just what I needed
Finally a simple tuner app that doesn’t have tracking or ads. Perfect!

Simple tuner, has presets for viola, violin, guitar, bass, ukulele, cello, 4 and 5 string banjo, and mandolin.

Works Well
Gives notice that it will ask for microphone permissions but may appear on alternate monitor. Successfully records but would be great if source could be selected (i.e. external usb microphone, etc.)
