Worked at first
Was working well a few months ago but I went to use it again today and I keep getting an error on trying to connect to servers. I wish we could have a bit more flexibility with how we can use the ai Korean device. I’ve reset and diagnosed further with no insight on what the actual issue is. The app keeps crashing when I try to upload records from my device so I can’t even take them to another app. I think allowing some sort of connection to my computer to manually move files would be appreciated. Happy to talk about this further

App Crashing, content useless
The device itself is amazing, using the app is a whole other experience. Right now I was depending on 7 meeting recordings for AI analysis and I can’t access anything… please fix app ASAP

Not working correctly
The app doesn’t work correctly it keeps shutting down and takes forever to upload
No allowance for hyphens in an email address
This app does not allow you to enter a hyphen in your email address. My email address contains a hyphen, and I cannot use the app, and therefore cannot use the device. It has been months of back and forth over this, and Raycon has stopped responding to question, and has been closing the support tickets without resolution. The support started off good, but has taken a turn towards the bad by ignoring and dismissing this issue.
