Poor refresh and resolution

Bought an Axiom9 plus for the fly bridge and using this app on a nice big 12.9 inch iPad for the Saloon helm station.Very disappointed. Hoped it would work like the crystal clear Navionics app on the iPad. Screen size is smaller. Resolution is terrible but worst of all finger pan and zoom is barely useable slow and fiddly. For Raymarine to maintain their reputation, this app needs some serious improvements. Will now be ditching my Raymarine AIS for one which WiFi broadcasts AIS for Navionics on the iPad directly. Great shame.

Years overdue an update!

I’m with everyone else here. A very old app massively due an update! Poor resolution, poor refresh. Come on Raymarine sort it out you are losing ground to your competitors. Next time I will be going BandG.

Poorly written app with horrible Ray Marine Tech support

I've been using this app for five months now very poorly written, app it loses connectivity via Wi-Fi constantly. Only way to get it to work again is re-join the axiom Wi-Fi from both iPad and iPhone.

I contacted Ray Marine took me several hours to actually speak to a human being was told by supposedly "lead technician" that "New app was going to be released in the next couple of weeks" that fixes stability issues and control. This was back in January still no app update. Notice the dates on the reviews many many years old.

Why no data privacy policy Ray Marine?

As you can see I am an unhappy New 2021 customer of $5000 worth of RayMarine equipment including Axiom+ EV 100 auto pilot and accessories.

I'm guessing this is why Ray Marine is considered the worst marine equipment manufacturer in the industry today!

Works well

The app seems to work well for me. Great tool

Perfect Portable Pedestal

Works very well on eS series MFD.
I’m hoping that soon it will work on Element S MFD.
The more eyes on the chart the better !
