Mobile deposits
Made 2 attempts at depositing 2 checks before calling (because sometimes it’s user error) but had to call and they said I did not write “for mobile deposit only (Rayne state bank)”
I was advised that the app Prompts you twice before it lets you submit a check. So I do it for a 3rd time and was ABSOLUTELY NOT prompted of any such thing.
Tried to make me look foolish 4 times in a row. Shame on you Rayne state bank trash application.
