Razer Blacksharks v2 pro BT
Shameful that the app doesn’t support audio for these specific headset. Spend a lot of money when they came out and just finding out now that they support it because it’s not for PlayStation. Shame.
Doesn’t Connect to Devices
Never been able to connect Hammerhead v3 Hyperspeed to the app. Bluetooth works fine and switching to HyperSpeed (2.4GHz) is not a problem. But this app is relatively useless.

We bought some barracuda x chromas for our office. They’re so cute & the app makes it so easy to customize sound and lights for our office needs.
Can’t find device after first connect
My hammerhead V3 can connect to my phone perfectly but the app cannot find the device. No matter how I remove and re-pair the device, or reinstall the app. Nothing works.
Doesn't work
I got a pair of Razer Baracuda X Chroma headphones and was successfully able to connect to the app with my headphones a grand total of one time and it literally will not work ever again. It just gets stuck on "Connecting...". I've tried not being connected via bluetooth, connected via bluetooth, entering pairing mode, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, restarting the headphones, clearing headphone pairing cache. Nothing works

I love this app.
Why does it need WiFi?
App works well, but why can’t I connect my headphones without a network? I’m stuck on the equalizer I last used whenever I’m traveling.

I got the hammer heads V3 hyperspeed and I was able to connect to the app once then never again it says their is no device near. I’ve had them in pairing mode and it still doesn’t work. Other than that they work amazing and connect to my ps5 and iPhone.

Please add more RGB modes if it's possible because we got tons of RGB modes in PC, And I'm using my hammerhead on the road sometimes and internet is probably is not good there, And app not working properly there..

This game headset is hit hella hard, so you won't find any other company better than Razer. If you find other companies that are better than Razer, know it's not a real mic, and you're getting ripped off, I hope you knor that razer.com is the real deal
Won’t connect to my earbuds anymore
My app won’t connect to my hammerhead v2 earbuds anymore so I am unable to turn off noise cancellation which is super cool and fun and not annoying at all :) idk what “minor improvements and bug fixes” yall did but the app looks completely different and no longer works

RZ04-0496 is not supported. I was able to get Bluetooth to work on iOS but this app does not recognize this model.
Amazing app
I recently bought the Razer Hammerhead V3 Hyperspeed and I love the product and it got a thousand times better with the app I can configure the sound the way I want to with the bass or just with gaming or watching videos and it’s amazing phone calls sound super clear and crisp it even works with my PC and Consoles and Steam Deck thank you Razer for this amazing app and product.
