i’m not even sure how you people got this to work, if torture in hell was a thing on earth, it would be this, I’m not trying again to connect my headset to this absolute pork chop of an app, if given the choice between eating my other half and using this app, i would greatly rather split myself into 2 and eat the other half, please, with all due disrespect, fix your app.

App connection
The Razer Blackshark V2 pros that I have are the PlayStation edition and still don’t connect to the app I tried everything, restarting my phone multiple times, reset my network settings, and forgot the device multiple times and still will not find it will in any mode. Very mad because I got these specifically for music and the bass and can’t even change that because they’re not compatible with Razer synapse.

the app cannot sync to the KKV3 pro via bluetooth, even though the KKV3 pro model is shown as selectable option in the app.

Works great for phone calls around the house both hands free and in addition blue light protection with the regular lens or shades if you do something outside on the Terrace or Garden!
Worked for 2 weeks
I used this app with my Hammerhead V3 Hyperspeed earbuds for 2 weeks with zero problems. Then for no reason it just stopped working. I did as told to pair everything up again and it still will not connect. I’ve tried 3 times and still nothing. This is very disappointing considering how much the earbuds cost.

I tried to connect hammerhead v3 pro hyperspeed with every possible option, but still it did not work.

Since 12/25/2025, I have only charged these 3 times (current date is 7/25/2026) also sound quality is better bc of the 50mm drivers
Razer Blacksharks v2 pro BT
Shameful that the app doesn’t support audio for these specific headset. Spend a lot of money when they came out and just finding out now that they support it because it’s not for PlayStation. Shame.
Doesn’t Connect to Devices
Never been able to connect Hammerhead v3 Hyperspeed to the app. Bluetooth works fine and switching to HyperSpeed (2.4GHz) is not a problem. But this app is relatively useless.
