Better than synapse 4
I have to use this app instead of synapse 4 because the color changes are more fluid, with synapse 4 it’s move like frame by frame, like stuck between changes… FIX SYNAPSE
Appairage ne fonctionne pas
Razer se (nous) complique la vie. Il faut un wifi en 2.4ghz. J’ai paramétré ma box en conséquence. Ça ne fonctionne pas. Super… 100€ de perdus dans un accessoire que je ne peux pas utiliser.
Needs improvement
App has potential but it needs improvement. The sync all option is mid and doesn’t factor in lighting profile discrepancies. Ran into a lot of issues where multiple devices do NOT sync together even when it shows they’re compatible to sync all.
Would like to see a master list/overview set up in dot grid format to compare connected devices with shared lighting profiles and be able to control all on that home page. This will enhance user experience greatly making app more user friendly to navigate. Please update with this in mind.

Bonne application, mais un intermédiaire de trop
J’utilise pour l’aether light strip L’application est plutôt facile d’utilisation et elle permet d’allumer et de changer la couleur de la bande lumineuse, Il est possible de synchroniser la bande lumineuse et le reste du matériel Razer avec l’application Razer synapse sans trop de difficulté. Je regrette cependant la nécessité d’utiliser l’application à chaque fois que j’allume mon PC si je veux allumer l’aether light strip car razer synapse ne peut pas contrôler directement la bande lumineuse.

Too many apps
Can you please just make everything into one app? There’s an app for audio, an app for controller an app for computer rgb accessories and an app for rgb lights. It is pretty stupid and annoying.
Booth a razor light bar but my internet is too good
I bought the razor monitor light bar, you need this app to control it, unfortunately razor doesn’t think normal people have 5ghz WiFi and only allows connections over a 2.4ghz WiFi, as my modem doesn’t have a 2.4 band I am unable to use this app, for anything and had to remove it from my phone.

Can’t even scan QR
Bought a razor lamp and they force you to use this app and the thing doesn’t even scan QR codes properly. Now I’m stuck with a 200$ lamp that’s useless because this app can’t recognize the tiny QR code they put on it. I use my iphone camera app to scan the QR code on my razor lamp it scan fine but it isn’t setup to take you to the only app the light will work with. Makes no sense to me why you wouldn’t let us focus on the QR. Until make the scanner works this app is useless

The app works and so does my light bar but I can’t connect them which means I have no control over my light bar

Everything works fine, but its hard to connect to the app. And after that i can not even change the brightness of the lightbar

Razerのモニターライトを購入してこのアプリにたどり着いたが接続エラーが起きて現状使うことが出来ません！2万もしたのに専用ソフト使えないのはrazerクオリティーとしか言いようがない。とりあえず早く使えるようにして頂きたい。
