Game unplayable after patch but devs replied
Great game - I have even tried uninstalling but the game asks for a file to be downloaded but then fails so the game is not playable, emailed support and did get a reply that they were working on it so fair play to them for responding
Itโs a really good game, but it lies
This game is basically set in medieval days. Itโs about the Templars and basically the whole idea surrounds Diablo and dungeon quest six and five. This is a mixture of a lot of different games when I did all the quest and I did the story when you get to level 10 I got all the certificates all the honors and I got all the upgrades and stuff get this to get your honors and your upgrades that you earn you have to pay for them. This is a 100% got you got you got you and pay the pay to pay the play and pay to win donโt be fooled that they give you a lot of armor at the beginning but soon as you hit level 10 go to level 11 it all starts you think Diablo immortal is predatory this game makes Diablo immortal look like Disneylandstay away from it

Not happy that old account is deleted
I enjoyed this when it was first released but my old characters were not saved despite logging into the same Apple ID. I mean if I play it again (and possibly have to pay to unlock characters that I already had) how do I know you are not simply going to delete the game again and then bring it back again. Itโs a ridiculous thing to do to your customers

Cannot fully review as i cannot get app to launch.
As fantastic as this game LOOKS, and how fun i HEAR it is (from a few recommendations) i was desperately looking for a replacement for "Darkness Rises"(RIP)
But for some reason, i cannot seem to get the game to launch.
It won't go past "downloading resources" and says 0 (amount) is being downloaded, and to be patient. well i left it open for 2 hours and nothing progressed.
I tried to find support/help online but only found 3-10 year old abandoned forum posts that sadly never came to a conclusive solution, or any solution.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing caches, restarting phone etc.
Honestly none of this has dissuaded me from wanting to try the game, and if anyone can offer me a solution or possible fix i would be eternally grateful. Even a direction to an active forum or facebook page would be great because i can't figure out how to contact the team:(
