Game unplayable after patch but devs replied
Great game - I have even tried uninstalling but the game asks for a file to be downloaded but then fails so the game is not playable, emailed support and did get a reply that they were working on it so fair play to them for responding
It’s a really good game, but it lies
This game is basically set in medieval days. It’s about the Templars and basically the whole idea surrounds Diablo and dungeon quest six and five. This is a mixture of a lot of different games when I did all the quest and I did the story when you get to level 10 I got all the certificates all the honors and I got all the upgrades and stuff get this to get your honors and your upgrades that you earn you have to pay for them. This is a 100% got you got you got you and pay the pay to pay the play and pay to win don’t be fooled that they give you a lot of armor at the beginning but soon as you hit level 10 go to level 11 it all starts you think Diablo immortal is predatory this game makes Diablo immortal look like Disneylandstay away from it

Not happy that old account is deleted
I enjoyed this when it was first released but my old characters were not saved despite logging into the same Apple ID. I mean if I play it again (and possibly have to pay to unlock characters that I already had) how do I know you are not simply going to delete the game again and then bring it back again. It’s a ridiculous thing to do to your customers

Cannot fully review as i cannot get app to launch.
As fantastic as this game LOOKS, and how fun i HEAR it is (from a few recommendations) i was desperately looking for a replacement for "Darkness Rises"(RIP)
But for some reason, i cannot seem to get the game to launch.
It won't go past "downloading resources" and says 0 (amount) is being downloaded, and to be patient. well i left it open for 2 hours and nothing progressed.
I tried to find support/help online but only found 3-10 year old abandoned forum posts that sadly never came to a conclusive solution, or any solution.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing caches, restarting phone etc.
Honestly none of this has dissuaded me from wanting to try the game, and if anyone can offer me a solution or possible fix i would be eternally grateful. Even a direction to an active forum or facebook page would be great because i can't figure out how to contact the team:(

Pretty good game
This game is really fun and it’s super fun to put gear and fight bosses the only thing that is annoying is it takes a while to download and when it does it takes like twenty minutes to get in but once you do it super fun.

I have no complaints, except that they’re a bit expensive when it comes to buying crap. I enjoyed all that they had to offer, really. You will have to level up to a certain maxim before being able to play certain parts of the game, whereas with Diablo:Immortal you can access everything with every level that you rise. Raziel is more unique than people give it credit for. I feel like it’s an angelic take on a game such as Diablo. But, if you want to do more business.. add more characters and make them customizable. Oh!!, and see if you can give us a little break on unique items. Diablo shares way more, than you guys do.

500 million stars not joking if change to ( at less as t 5.17GB ) on this fancy IPHONE XR ( almost crashed it) or one trillionth of one stars& that is being generous if leave it at 4 GB ( in 2022 filled up 5 devices with games means I have idea how to do it .
Fix this game
I just downloaded the game and go on, first problem was that when I started it up. Pink blobs we’re on y screen and throughout the tutorial. When supposedly I was to defeat a boss or any other enemies along the way, none were present. I’ve restarted the game and the same problem.
Good game but..
I started this game a couple of days ago and when I started it there was an event where you had to complete quest for 7 days and a couple of days pass and it’s just gone. I had spent money on the game already and then lost the opportunity to have all those rewards. It’s just gone. I don’t know if it’s an event where you have to complete that certain day within that day or whatever but if so then that’s dumb. Other than that it’s a really good game.

Lost my account
I had to reset my phone after getting locked out,now, after re-downloading the game again I can’t get back to my account no matter which method I use to log in. I really enjoyed playing this game but there’s no way I’m starting it all again sorry!….very disappointing…
Crashes far too often
Nice game with great graphics and interesting storyline but I’m thoroughly fed up with it crashing all the time.

My first week activity is just gone. I was expecting all those bonuses and it’s just not there anymore. I’m barely in day 3 and it’s very discontenting that I can’t get those rewards anymore when I still had plenty of time. And I unlocked my 3rd starter hero and I can’t get her. I spent the item to unlock her and unlocked her but she’s not showing up unlocked. I keep getting a deploy tutorial that won’t let me complete it so I have to ignore it and it keeps coming back. So many bugs. Gameplay is okay and the stuff to do is alright but there’s just too many bugs to enjoy the experience.

Nice concept / can’t play
Looking for a good RPG game for IOS and this came up . Looked good and the intro cinematic was very compelling . However to actually play the game is impossible. Asks you to download 260mb of data and then fails to find half of the patches and resets every 5 minutes . Maybe once the updater is fixed people could actually play the game

good game, but needs improvements
this game has lots of opportunity for character development and advancements as you would expect from an mmorpg. And, of course, if you pay more real money your character can dominate; ok fine, that’s to be expected for this type of game. however, the developers could spend more effort on improving character movement, as you can’t have full camera 360 degree view to see farther ahead on the screen; and, you should be able to at least zoom in/out to see what’s coming at you from a distance when fighting - especially when using ranged weapons. Furthermore, you need to be able to use a hand controller like most modern game designs. finally, the game keeps crashing when trying to link my account with apple. the game has a lot of nice features, good graphics, but falls short of implimenting effective camera views and character movement on the batlefield, and the account link issues with apple, which frustrates general game play. for these reasons, i give it 3 stars.
