I’ve seen better apps but I’ve also seen worse. They really over complicate the information and don’t make it easy to find the information you’re looking for.

Solid app.

This is a very useful app. with plenty of details allowing good financial decision making. The secure login gives me confidence that my info and finance info are protected. This app. is well designed and easy to navigate through multiple accounts and in my opinion better than Charles Schwab app.

Terrible app

For such a large financial services company, I’ve never had so many issues with a mobile app. I’ve had this app for years and it constantly has bugs that prevents using the app at all. Funny thing is I’ve talked to their QA team through work and they say they haven’t had a bug in years…

Check deposit does not work

Mobile check deposit does not work gives error. Tried uninstalling to see if would fix but did not. Called help desk they could not offer a fix just recommended uninstalling which I already did.

FIX FACE ID

It’s the same old stuff! Have to re-login after every update! Never remembers face-id. Every other financial app manages to remember your
Face ID BUT THIS ONE!

Face ID fails frequently! Have to enter user id and pw constantly. Reset for Face ID and then it fails again.

Unstable and doesn’t work

No matter how I try: android s22 fingerprint, iPad using login credentials - including renewal of credentials I arrive at the same error message “Something Went Wrong. We have encountered a technical problem with your request. Please try again later.” This is not the first time this has happened. In fact it is the rule rather than the exception. BTW I did update the app as instructed.

A good, basic online wealth management app, but RBCWM is behind the big brokerage firms.

I got used to a consolidated holdings view of a group of accounts at my previous brokerage. I have an IRA and Roth and want a consolidated holdings view. ZI now have to do it manually. There is no reason this should not be an option.

Not secure enough

Needs to move to an app/token based 2FA. Also, more charts for tracking holdings and earnings would be great.

Log in issue

Since latest update login with Face ID has glitch, Face ID automatically logs back in unless you cover the camera or turn the phone away from your face.

Worst app I ever used

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. Slow doesn’t load. Disconnected my data from other accounts. Took away ability to view specific trades. Nightmare of an app.

Buggy log in

Overall I’ve been happy with the app. But over time the login process has gotten more buggy. It’s gotten to the point where neither Face ID nor manual login work for over a day at a time. Restarting the phone has no affect.

Huge Glitch and Clunky Budgeting

I am fairly new to this app. I logged in today to enter transactions into the budget and found that the app is adding gains with the decimal point in the wrong place, making it appear that there were HUGE gains overnight.

Budget tracking is very clunky compared to what I usually use (YNAB), but my advisor wants me to give this a try.

As far as tracking investments, I haven’t found a way to see weekly/monthly/ytd, etc like other investment apps or apps like Daily TSP.

Best web site for tracking monthly cash flows

I have compared to Merrill, Fidelity,Schwab and none come close to the simplicity and detail of tracking current and projected income on monthly and annual income.
